By The Sea - WK3
My photos were taken in Bridgeport, CT again. The location is named "St. Marys by the Sea.
I get the impression that you went to the beach and enjoyed the general scenery there but you went during a time of day when the sun was at a very high point in the sky which makes for a difficult lighting situation ultimately. One of the preparations for going to do this assignment this week was to look at the work of Edward Weston and his photographs taken in Point Lobos California. One thing that you will notice by looking at his work is that he's in close, looking at details and filling the frame with light, texture and design. I appreciate how you positively responded to other pictures that were posted that were in close and looked at detail so I know you know that's a good thing.
Keep going... remember were not taking pictures "of stuff out there" but making compositions of light and geometry through the details that we find in our environment.
